NWG (Noordweste Groep) is a family-owned business deeply rooted in our community. Established in 1993 by Rachel Botes as Noordweste Glas, the company has expanded significantly under the leadership of Laynne Botes Snr., who joined the business in 1994 after serving as Town Engineer at Matzikama Municipality from 1987 to 1994. Together with his son, Laynne Jnr., and daughter, Stephanie, the Botes family has grown NWG into a multifaceted business offering a wide range of professional services.
Located in Vredendal, on the border of the West Coast and Namakwaland, NWG serves a broad area including Vredendal, Klawer, Vanrhynsdorp, Lutzville, Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay, Elands Bay, Doornbaai, Strandfontein, Nuwerus, Garies, Bitterfontein, Springbok, Nieuwoudtville, and Calvinia.

At NWG, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive suite of professional services, including:
Glass and Aluminium:
Supply and fit all types, sizes, and shapes of flat glass, mirrors, and safety glass.
Manufacture, supply, and fit custom-made aluminium products such as windows, doors, folding doors, patio doors, louvres, shower cubicles, shopfronts, balustrades, skylights, and safari canopies.
Manufacture custome flyscreens/insect screens, any size and any color. Replacement of inscet screen mesh.
Shademaster:
Installation of durable and customizable shadeports, adhering to SABS standards, and offering up to 96% UV protection and 95% shade. Available in standard or waterproof.
Blinds and Awnings:
We offer a wide variety of blinds, shutters and awnings, suitable for residential and commercial spaces. Our dedicated and experienced team are here to beautify your home or business. For projects requiring the purchase of goods, a 70% deposit is required, with the balance payable upon completion.
For professional services, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance payable upon completion.
Alternative payment options can be arranged for government bodies where standard terms cannot be imposed.
